How to Disable RICT Admin from particular MCD Device


To disable RICT Admin from particular MCD Device we need to perform following tasks

·         Login with Rict Admin
·         Then go to RICT Admin Management – Rict Admin disable Device Access
·        

·         Now select sub division name & BO name then click on Search button
You will find enabled RICT Admin , select the RICT Admin to disable
·        Click on De-activate button
·        Now click on pull button on mcd device to receive the notification for the same
·        After receiving notification, job for activation or deactivation will be completed automatically in few minutes
