BPM Activation/Deactivation in RICT MCD Device


           After allocation of Device to BO, we need to activate BPM / Substitute in MCD Device so that he can work on that device

To Activate /deactivate BPM  in MCD Device, we need to perform following task
·         Login with Rict Admin
·         Then go to BPM Management – Edit BPM Details
 

Enter BPM id and click on search botton
Now all information about that BPM will be fetched
Now go to bottom of page

And change the status to “Activate” to activate BPM or change the status to “De-activate” to de-activate BPM
·        Now click on pull button on mcd device to receive the notification for the same
·        After receiving notification, job for activation or deactivation will be completed automatically in few minutes
