And besides this, we are facing many issues day by day.  There are basically three major issues after CSI Roll out 1.   Device is not prepared for Roll out            This error is almost faced by all BOs while doing day begin in Demobooking app for first time.         For doing day begin we need to extract master data from central sever and the same is extracted and be available in local database in CSV format but due to technical issue at severside or connectivity issue , the same can not be synchronized with central server and this causes error. MCD Device needs to be installed with various applications like CBS, PLI, Common, Demo and Delapp and these applications are getting new versions day by day. Sometime it becomes too hard to check status of all applications for whole circle or Region or division or Perticular BO. There is simple report option available in RICT Admin web portal using this we can get latest  report of applications in all devices at a time Process Login in RICT Device Click on device management Click on device reports Click on application reports Enter Circle / Region / Division name or enter Device id Click on apply filter button Here we will get whole list containing all information about devices. Process flow and steps to be followed after Rollout of RICT CBS application  As part of RICT Project, RICT CBS Client application will be rolled out at the BOs gone live with RSI solutions, CBS application on RICT device is integrated with the Finacle solution available at Account Offices. At present all the banking related processes at Branch Offices are dealt manually. RICT CBS application intends to digitally connect the transactions at BO with Finacle at Account Offices. In order to lessen the confusion regarding the procedure, the following steps may be followed in various scenarios related with banking at BO: Account Opening at BO (Through RICT device) Details will be taken in SB-3, Account opening form along with picture/Pictures of Account holder/s Account will be opened on MCD.
